The software used will allow us to take over your pc / laptop / server from our offices, as long as you have a broadband connection and either software below to give us temporary access to your computer.

One the software is downloaded, you will need to enter a 9 diget session id to connect for us to connect to your computer this will be provided over the phone with our support staff for them to look at the computer problem.
